The person that answer the phone will insist for your credit card number and if you refuse the answer is , don’t want to own a house with clean titles and just take over payments. You are not required to have a good credit or any credit at all just please give me your credit info and the house is yours. WOW, what an opportunity of a lifetime if this is true with bells ringing, you fool if you believe it and what are they going to do with your credit card after taking $199.00 for a SCAM service.
