Yes, I thought about making an offer on Washington Drive but the agent told me they had six bids. Then this was posted and I decided I didn't want a part in any short sales...
Then I was about to change my mind when Washington Dr. goes under agreement (the bank must was approval one of the offer).
I have to say I beleved the agent....he was not that exsited to be getting my business...probably becouse he already had six offers...what one more worth...
