I am new to the area and looking to buy a new construction single family home South of Seattle in the Renton / Kent / Covington / Maple Valley areas. I'm looking in the $300k range and I'm not sure about the reputations of local builders.
Please share opinions about which builders are reputable and have a good quality product and also which builders to avoid. If you can, please explain why. Thanks!
