Are there any new construction neighborhoods in the Redmond/Woodinville area that have nice size lots?
We want land, and all the houses we look at with land are so much money, and need so much work on the inside, which we wouldn't be able to do for some time because of the house price.
The new homes for the same price are so nice inside, but the lack of outdoor space we just can't deal with.
