Was looking for recommendations on inspectors that specialize in hot tubs. Looking at a house on the east side (Bellevue/Redmond Area) with an indoor hot tub & sauna. I looked at the websites of general inspectors recommended in this forum and they all explicitly rule out hot tubs.
I'd talk a hot tub retailer like Olympic. They sell and service them. If the hot tub is operational, jets work, water is hot, and no apparent leaks then it should be fine.
