We are looking at property to purchase that we would need to subdivide to be able to acomplish our renovation goals. Can any of you recommend someone on the eastside? Preferably a straight shooter who could outline the costs and timelines ahead of time.
Surveyors do that, they handle the apps, paperwork, physical staking, and send the whole mess to the county recorder when complete. A lot of the cost is in the shortplat fee and paperwork. Any long-tenured local surveyor can do it.
