Land use planner/permiter recommendation

We are looking at property to purchase that we would need to subdivide to  be able to acomplish our renovation goals.  Can any of you recommend someone on the eastside?  Preferably a straight shooter who could outline the costs and timelines ahead of time.

Re: Land use planner/permiter recommendation

Surveyors do that, they handle the apps, paperwork, physical staking, and send the whole mess to the county recorder when complete. A lot of the cost is in the shortplat fee and paperwork. Any long-tenured local surveyor can do it.

I'd recommend talking to a civil engineering firm.  Either Blueline or Triad, both in Kirkland, should be happy to discuss the process with you.

I'm sure they'll be helpful.  If it seems appropriate tell Todd that Thor sent you.
