What To Expect When You Are Inspecting...

I am hosting a Home Buying Inspection Class in Bothell on Tuesday, November 27 from 6-8pm. Join me and expert Inspector Jim Breckenridge from Trillium Inspections for a fun-filled evening learning about what to look for when you are touring homes, common issues that come up at an inspection and negotiating at inspection time.

I have sat on over 150 inspections and, believe me, have almost seen it all! I will share what I have learned from an agent's perspective and Jim will share with us his vast knowledge of homes and their systems. Dinner is on us!
