I thought that the NWMLS now allows public release of the entire listing history of a property, including listings that didn't result in a sale.

If so, does Redfin have plans to include this information?

It would be useful when re-listings occur.
For example this listing came up today:

MLS#: 28133694
320 W Kinnear Pl
Seattle, WA 98119

I know it was on Redfin in the past, but I can't see a record of the prior listing price or the number of days it was on the market.

That last $8K should make the buyers flock to the property.  Nothing like a .31% reduction to cause a feeding frenzy.

Thanks, Janelle.

So it's been on almost continuously for 405 days (more than 13 months) with a listing price drop of only 10.4%, and virtually no change in price in 8 months.

They're obviously not eager to sell.

I wonder if they'd take 1.8MM...

Nice place, though.
