I'm looking for a lender that's DELRAP certified for expediting the process of getting a condo approved for a FHA loan.
Ideally I’m looking for a lender who not only has the “unconditional Direct Endorsement authority and qualified staff for reviewing and approving condominium projects” described on the HUD/FHA website but also has completed the process often in the San Diego area.
Some notes:
- I’m preapproved for a $600k FHA loan through Quicken, but they don’t do DELRAP,
- As best I can tell, the condo I'd like to purchase meets the criteria (I’ve gone through the FHA condo checklist and reviewed the association’s financials, etc.)
