I did not realize there was a class action lawsuit in process. Does anyone have any information regarding the recent law changes regarding mortgage refinancing to a lower percentage rate, with Aurora Bank. I was recently offered a temporary modification on my 1st loan. I mailed in the first reduced payment only to discover it was not applied to the regular monthly payment. This is the first time I have missed the payment and I am not feeling comfortable. Is there anyone in a similar situation? I am going into the 5-yr ownership period and I am not pleased with the service (or lack of) I am getting.
