Rationale for turning down representation on multiplex properties

Redfin states on their FAQ that they don't represent buyers on "Multi-family buildings with 5+ units" Stupid question, but can someone answer why Redfin has no interest in earning a commission on a 5+ unit sale? Thanks!

You can edit posts.  It's under "options" under your post (towards the right side).
