Does anyone know of a good short sale specialist in Redmond/Bend area? I need to short sale an investment property there. In the meantime, I am in the process of interviewing a few agents found online. What particular questions or issues I should pay attention to during the interview, such as the distressed property certificates, CDPE, SFR? How many short sale properties they sold in the last year? Etc. Thanks.
