Something positive for a change, as CB hits a home run

This past decade has been difficult for both homebuyers, and homeowners - ESPECIALLY in this decade.  The following article, and its few links, attempts to bring back the feelings that many of us have experienced, in buying, and owning a home of our own.

I'm sure that the resident "grumps" will attempt to paint this article, or the described "feelings" into some sort of NAR/CAR cheerleader training film, but to those of us who have experienced "falling in love with a home", it's a wonderful memory.

It has also become a more affordable option, in the past year, for those who might want to experience it anew.

All this, of course, is merely MY opinion. Thanks for reading.

Wow, could be a good campaign for rental homes too.

TrabucoDom laughingly contributed:  "Wow, could be a good campaign for rental homes too."

Yup, "I'm gonna rent a house to bring my family up in, for the next 20-30 years".

Sounds pretty hollow, in comparison to the concept of the article you responded to.

All this, of course, is merely MY opinion. Thanks for reading.

I guess I SHOULD have made this statement bigger, and bolder:

Well you are right, you know why? Because it is a some sort of a NAR/CAR type cheerleading film playing on peoples emotions. Finally you made a right call...thanks for pointing out the obvious before we had to.
