If you get a chance could you please rectify the value of this property, your website shows incorrect value that it was sold on 21St Dec, 2012 which is correct however the price is 530,000 and not 535,000. I'm the new owner of this porperty and as per contract I paid 530,000 for this property. 25 Racing Wind, Irvine CA 92614

Congratulations on your new home.    In order to get this changed you'll need to ask the listing broker to adjust the price in their Multiple Listing Service account.    The data on Redfin is simply passing through what is recorded from that source.
