Can my fiance and I take title as Joint Tenants now and after we get married change the vesting to Community Property?  Is this difficult to do?  Are there any major costs in doing so?

Yes, you can, and once you close escrow, go back to the same escrow company to arrange the change of vesting.

While you're still IN escrow, before getting married, pose these same questions to them, to find out their fees, if any.
