"Kim, there is no such thing as an average short sale escrow period, especially with B of A.
Since you're a Realty One agent, like I am, you should ask our resident negotiating specialist, Laurie Kilcullen, of the Barr Team. ( Cell: 714-345-2075.)
If anyone knows, it would be Laurie. ( You can actually hire her to be your negotiator, for about $1500.)"
