I think it's good. Roof leaks everywhere. Underscores the description of "major fixer".

I think the value is almost entirely the land. As is, this disaster is priced per square ft higher than the area average.

 

If its relisted a 1 million or more, its because the flippers add some sq footage to that house.

I've never seen an indoor gutter made out of tinfoil before.  Amazing!!!
