Property management firms in L.A.

Hi there--

 

My husband and I have had our house on the market since July with not one offer. We're considering leasing it out, but don't want to do it ourselves. Any recommendations on good property management companies? The house is in Silverlake. Thanks.

Make sure you discuss in detail what the management entails. Keep in mind management fees are always negotiable but it may depend on how desireable your property is.

You may want to do a Google search and interview different companies and individually licensed Realtors and/or Brokers who have experience in property management.  Your home or investment is very important to you, so you need someone who can act swiftly if there are issues with the property.  Do your homework on this one. :smileyvery-happy:
