Are there any new or upcoming good pocket developments in Ktown, Thai Town, Echo Park or Highland Park (or similar)? We're looking for maybe a summer purchase. We liked Pulte's Mosaic in Eagle Rock, and 36 On Echo in Echo Park. Mosaic is sold out and I imagine 36 will be by the time we're ready to buy. I've heard about Park 9 in Highland Park and Arits in Echo Park....anything else out there interesting? And less than $500K (yeah, I know, I'm mental, but hope springs eternal).
