Thanks Jerry Brown for imposing a 1% fee on all lumber sold in California. Then they want to fool you saying inflation is low.

I knew the lumber price at Home Depot increased significantly last June when I brought my house.
I had to hammer lightly, use pry bar more offen and recycle undamaged fence boards when I tore down the rotted sections.

Why are you so upset at that when We (but not Me) voted ourselves a lot bigger tax increase with prop 30? We are dumber than he is!
