Yep, it's a terrible time to buy. You'd have to be completely nuts to enter this market. There needs to be more posts about rentals to help people find a home.

I know it was cheaper to buy in Glassel Park then to rent when we first started looking at the beginning of the year.  Now we got our short sale.  And like the above said until it closed, complaints about everyone involved on that process.
