Wow...wow...what is the deal with this house?  810k in 1991 and 560k in 1996.

810k house in 1991 in other area would be selling for $2 millions today.

Did they just PUT all the Power Tower and power line, and the Airport  next to the house after 1992????

My guess is that the $810k entry is an error.

What a depreciation if that amount is indeed an error. But the location is very, very sweet.
