Bathrooms need "flipping"

I notice in many areas the flippers do quick so so work. I bought a house and it's in need of kitchen and bathroom work. I'm doing the kitchens on my own. But the bathrooms both have showers that need a new shower pan and I'd want new tiles in there and a whole new look along with cabinets and all. The companies that do the flips.. Is it a good deal to catch one in the neighborhood and say come on down and do a quick bathroom for say 2 grand with me supplying the hardware. I checked with contractors. Seems like when it comes to flippers, even if some of the work is subpar, a bathroom shower and some tiles has less issues to deal with. Has anybody heard of such a thing?

Re: Bathrooms need "flipping"

It's possible for 2k Labor. Make sure you have all the material on site. It's also depends how detailed you want the the tile work. The smaller the tile the longer it takes.  Do the demo work your self.  don't forget that you will need to some plumbing and electrical work too.  Good Luck.
