Hello everyone - We're getting close to turning on a new details page for Las Vegas!

It's a pretty major re-design of the page, based on extensive user feedback and requests over the years, some necessary engineering work, and a whole lotta love from the Redfin team. It has all of the same information as before (in some cases re-organized), and we'll hope you love it as much as we do.

In addition, we're adding Redfin Activity Stats (in a new "Activity Section"), so you can get a sense for how many people have viewed, favorited, x'd out and toured with us for this listing, and all time.

Once it goes live, we'd love to hear from you: What do you love? What do you dislike? What else would you like to see? We're going to be making improvements, and your input will help drive the process.

The new details page is great...but there's one thing that was changed that was for the worse (in my opinion).

Now when you show the "comparable" houses in escrow and recent closed sales, the distance from the house you are viewing is nearly impossible to read.  It's in white in very tiny lettering.  You used to be able to see those details easily.

Maybe just a font color change & adding the dates of the closed listings on the main page would help.

The old format was better in that way.

Hi Andy,

It would simplify my search for TYPE of home to be able to choose one story or two story.  Most retired seniors prefer one story homes only.

Also, REO, Short Sale, Pool/no pool.

Thanks for the suggestion - this is a pretty common request across the brokerage, but I'll need to work with our data team to see if the local data provider (MLS) provides that as a field we could use in a consistent way.

You can exclude short sales, but not search only for short sales with the "Exclude short sales" button unde "Listing Facts"

You can also search only for REOs, by selecting "include: Only Foreclosures" under the "Include" section of the search options.
