Why is Keith Jurow the only guy predicting such a devastating collapse?  Nobody knows who he is so why should we believe him?  

Inflation can keep home prices from collapsing and also hedge funds have been buying up homes all over the US.

I am just playing devil's advocate.  I think keith Jurow might be right.  I am only wondering why nobody else such as Peter Schiff or Rober Shiller is not as bearish as Jurow.  

Marc Faber who is "Dr Doom" thinks we should buy real estate now.  Also, Pimco's Bill Gross thinks we need to buy a house now as a hedge against inflation.
