Posting my question again, this time in the " Chicago forum " - I am listing my home soon, here in Naperville. Can brokers please explain to us about MLS listings here in Chicagoland/Naperville. Why are all of my home searches on Realtor.com , Trulia etc., always listed by Coldwell Banker, John Greene, Remax? Are they paying extra? Is it truly a rotational basis for the MLS listing? 1st page some of these homes listed in October or November? Found only 1 Redfin on the 8th-10th page? This is KEY for us home sellers.
