Definitely there will be another bubble.It is not genius to predict one, the only problem is no one is sure of the timing.

I have a feeling it already started. Any decent house in a good suburb is getting multiple offers, the bidding war starts, and it goes away in less than a week. This really reminds me of 2004.

Agreed. Especially when there is so little being made available on the market. It feels like the housing bubble all over again. I'm wondering if it's foolish to buy right now and just hold off for a few years. However what's different is that rents are astronomical. You're really between a rock and a hard place.

The White House is fighting to make it easier for people with less-than-stellar credit to get home loans. Here we go again folks.
