Highly recommend Rich Oliver. 708-945-0886. Has done all kinds of great work for us, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and finding great solutions to all kinds of small or large problems, especially in an older home.  Excellent kitchen and bath work (tile, floors, cabinet install, etc.).
