Hi People,'
I am thinking of offering a regular Cambridge Insights Webinar. I want to provide lots of insider real estate content. Redfin makes every effort to give you an edge with our content and tools and I am hoping to add to your advantage with one more really strong info source.
One idea I'm knocking around is is doing a regular "Cambridge Real Estate Round-Up" - basically a clear market snapshot for that week/ time period with a focus on the condition/ pace of this market, and asking price vs. sold prices, new inventory, recent price drops, and Redfin previewed property.
Other ideas include a "Cambridge New Construction Round-Up" - perhaps tied into some zoning, planning board, and new permits news. A preview of new construction underway and in the works, including pictures and comments.
There are, of course, a million different ways we could go with this, but the general point of this is give you asense of the current market environment in real time.
Would you tune in during your lunch break for this kind of thing??
Tell me what you'd like to see and I'll see if I can put it together!
