Looks interesting, though it's slammed up against a freeway. Saw the models today and they seem nice, though very small backyards (even by SJ standards). Good retail accross the street from the development, Oakridge mall down the street.
I just drove Hwy. 280 going north to RWC and I saw many properties almost a stone throw from the freeway. As the market goes, there's no time to be picky.
