Specifically, I would like to know how it might affect home values and other aspects in the immediate vicinity, like the homes on Hackamore Ln, Armata St, and Quinault Way, considering that there might be zoning changes and the interior lots would probably be 3 stories tall and the exterior would be 2 stories. Would it be wise to put in an offer for a house on one of those streets?
