..................so, what does it mean?
"Short sale - rare single story, on a huge lot! Too many upgrades to list, slab
granite, ss appliances, hardwood floors, beautiful backyard, court location, a
10+. Should be willing to write offer, subject to inspection, tenants occupy the
home. Please verify tax roll before writing"
I get that there are tenants in the house and you don't get to see it but, what does that last sentance mean? Does a realtor now beleive that county tax records are more timely than the seller's direct involvement in bank foreclosure activity?
