The house will have to be gutted to be safe to live in.

PS:  Be aware that in many cases scrubbing will not get rid of the chemicals.  Because it seeps into the walls, the house has to be gutted.  However, once a home has been scrubbed, it can often be taken off of the meth-lab lists by law.
