And on another note, one of my favorite examples of "realtor speak". "Very quiet and peaceful means" complex backs up to highway 17 and you hear constant freeway noise in every part of the complex.

But the Freeway noise drowns out the neighbors. It's like a white noise machine that puts you to sleep.
