I like how the Richmond house says "large lot" but the lot size is listed as "2,225 sq. ft.". Obviously something's a little fishy there. (I'd be curious if poking around in the suspiciously empty space alongside would reveal the foundational remains of a similarly sized shack that just happens to be absent at this moment in spacetime, and is still technically a seperate deed. Comparing the property lines on the search page to the satellite view seem to bolster that idea.)
