Can anyone recommend a RE Attorney?

I am specifically looking for someone with experience when a seller fails to return a deposit. Also with experience in mediation and arbitration. If they work on a flat fee basis even better.

They're are usually cheaper alternatives to an attorney that can accomplish the same thing in a case of RE deposits retained as damages. I'd start with your realtor or the broker. I'm sure others here can provide other, specific, non-lawyer resolutions.
