Can anyone recommend a RE Attorney?

I am specifically looking for someone with experience when a seller fails to return a deposit.  Also with experience in mediation and arbitration. If they work on a flat fee basis even better.

Thanks.

Re: Can anyone recommend a RE Attorney?

They're are usually cheaper alternatives to an attorney that can accomplish the same thing in a case of RE deposits retained as damages.  I'd start with your realtor or the broker.  I'm sure others here can provide other, specific, non-lawyer resolutions.
