Hi,
I am looking at houses in West San Jose and noticed that the prices in 95130 (Between Hamilton and Saratoga, around Hathqway park) are lower then some of the neighbouring zip codes. Is there any reason why there is a difference?
Are there any red flags that I am missing out?
Appreciate your response!

In one word, Schools. Some areas fall under Saratoga schools. It's cheaper than Saratoga because it's San Jose. It's expensive than Campbell because of, you got it, schools.

The schools are same in the entire area but the house prices vary street to street. I am unable to find any reason for this difference.
For example - Houses on Wylie st/ Niagara dr cost more then Duvall dr or Parkview ave, even though country lane elementary has a better API score.

I'm not familiar with that area but perhaps it has to do with density=demographics in many places in our area?
