Hi everyone. I am visiting your fine city next week and plan to look at a few potential investment properties for myself and a client. Do any of you have suggestions for places in town that appear to be better values or easier to rent that I should focus on? I am more concerned with pricing stability/opportunities for value growth as well as making sure to not buy in an area to avoid.
