I currently have an Incorporated real estate marketing website business in New Mexico. I am wanting to expand into Texas but plan to continue to operate in New Mexico. Do I need any special permits for doing so?

Yes you do. It falls under a business permit in your desired location to operate. You can actually check for your business requirement.

If it is a mere real estate marketing website then I see no reason that you should be needing any permit or license for any thing, unless you are a broker and want to deal with sell and purchase of homes in Texas.
