Hi all

Am told that there will be an many foreclosures coming onto the market in the new year. Does anyone have any information regarding this.

I notice it is very tight market at the moment,  multiple offers on the table and going over asking prices.

I'm expecting the ten year arms to hit the market soon. I know HUD in GA  is very backed up and releasing very few properties. I'm sure there will be an explosion soon.

i noticed the same thing..  when do u think the explosion will happen?
