Welcome to ATL, REDFIN. Everyone knows that metro Atlanta is a transient town.  There will always be buyers and sellers in this market.  Today, I took note of my church bulletin board which was exhibiting a dozen or more photos of new members. At the same time, our pastor announced the departure of key members.
