Hey all,
I'm interested in possibly living in Atlanta...but was hoping that someone here can help clarify something. I'm familiar with condo fees, but what is the "Lot/Track/Suite/Etc" fee? I'm assuming this is a yearly fee? Is this paid to the city or to the building?
Thanks!

I also am not directly familiar with this fee and/or term. Do you have the listing that shows this so I can look it up?

odd...it's on almost every redfin condo listing in atlanta...but here's an example:
http://www.redfin.com/GA/Atlanta/1080-Peachtree-St
Location Information
- Subdivision: 1010 Midtown
- CNTY: Fulton
- Quadrant: NE
- Land Lot: 106
- District: 17
- Lot/Track/Suite/Etc: $1,514

Just a guess:
Maybe the $ is incorrect. That example is *Unit* 1514, and lists the Lot/Track/Suite/Etc. as $1,514. Other examples also seem to have the Unit number in this field. So, I'm guessing that Redfin is incorrectly marking this as a monetary amount.

That is exactly correct! Nice catch!....and why I was not familiar with this "fee"
I also did not recognize the field immediately because it is only coding it as a monetary field in the GaMLS listings and not in FMLS listing.
I have sent this issue to our engineers to resolve.
In Summary: This is NOT a fee, but rather the Suite or Unit # of the condo.

Thanks y'all! Makes me feel a little better knowing that this isn't some odd fee added to my PITI ![]()
