We are looking at purchasing some properties in Atlanta for combination of cash flow and growth. We are looking at getting good quality rehabbed properties and have solid property management in place. Any recommendations or anyone to stay clear of? Thanks, Andy P

Are you looking for someone to locate properties and YOU already have solid property management in place?

If so, I am a property locator / bird dog who works/knows the Atlanta market.  Been flipping (buy, fix up/new construction and sell) since 2002.  Been involved in over 250 deals.  Not a Realtor, but work with quite a few.  Also work with REO agents to provide Property Preservation and repair/renovation services ... I have a good set of contractors in my rolodex.
