Looking for a good Handyperson and a Housecleaner

Howdy Forums People,

My mom is looking for a good handyperson to do some simple fixes around her too-big for-her house, and a great housecleaner, too.

Any good recommendations you could pass on?

Good Prices for just about anything a house needs. I think she operates out of Ballard, but has lots of people in various places. Her estimates for cleaning were the lowest I have seen. Not 100% sure they work on homes that are not getting ready to be listed, but I don't see why not.
