Welcome to ATL, REDFIN. Everyone knows that metro Atlanta is a transient town. There will always be buyers and sellers in this market. Today, I took note of my church bulletin board which was exhibiting a dozen or more photos of new members. At the same time, our pastor announced the departure of key members.

I stumbled upon Redfin while searching for a listing. The information and photos on the one I looked up helped considerably. Happy New Year!

As I've said before,I hope to Redfin in all 50 states, but now that you've hit the East Coast, I hope that North Carolina is next.

How about the rental market in ATL (Fulton County)?

Any suggestions on where I can post my house for lease?
