So my wife and I are getting ready to close on a house on the 19th and we found out we have about $1750 in additional closing costs we can not use.  Someone on here reccomended we check with our lendor if we could pay for a boundary survey prior to closing out of our own pocket and have those costs recouped at closing with the additional money.  So we asked and the answer is yes.

So...Does anyone have some recommendations on a company/person to use that does boundary surveys?
