Yeah, it may look good on paper but its definitely not the safest or cleanest. A lot of places are close to freeways, malls, and downtown. The previous posters are right --I had my car stereo stolen when I went to Mesa Jr. College. You may want to check LV crime statistics. I just did a quick search and I'm sure there are better sites for results: http://homes.point2.com/Neighborhood/US/California/San-Diego-County/San-Diego/Linda-Vista-Demographics.aspx Under lifestyle none exceeds into the above average and under crime three range higher than the nations average: murder, robbery and auto theft. Stay away, especially if you plan or have a family.
