Warning, if you click this link, you might have nightmares about grossly inappropriate flooring.

Indeed.  I saw another house today, where someone went tile happy and that included the front porch and steps.  So wrong.

Everybody is different.  In the whole universe there is only one you to which some people say,"Thank God".  My generation use to say, "Different strokes for different folks".  Let it go, it will pass.

Of course all this is just my opinion.

It's funny how in each picture they seem to be focusing on highlighting whatever tile, linoleum, or cement is in that picture, as if they think those are actually phenomenal selling features.

The really scary thing is that the RE Agent and/or Owner (debtor) think this is an enticing short sale price.  This place has problems much bigger than the flooring.  Should go for the price of the dirt.

Yes, I wonder why toilets and tile are such a big thing. I also like the ones where they take dozens of pictures of the neighborhood (some just focus on a playground) but none of the property. :smileyhappy:

The best listing I've seen was for a two floor condo in a 2 floor building, ground entry. The entry for No. of common walls was listed as: "No one below." I'm so glad they clear things up like that--you never know if there mole people living below you.

What other sorts of problems, socountybuyer? I was thinking about taking a look at that property but got turned off by the tile, too. It's just too much for me, although obviously someone liked it.
