Jason73, The following is a breakdown of what may be included as buyer’s closing costs. Please note that closing costs will vary. - Prorations/ Adjustments- Prorated property taxes & HOA dues (if any).
- Title Charges – Title insurance policy insuring Buyer’s lender.
- Escrow Charges – Escrow Fees
- Lender Charges – Ask your lender for a good faith estimate
- Additional Disbursements – Other fees that may be included are Notary (if any), Hazard Insurance, HOA dues (if any), Courier Fee (if any)
