We need a Redfin Agent to set up a house showing

but the profile page for the 2 LA area agents

states they "aren't available to work with new clients".

We're serious buyers and would like to see the house ASAP.

What are our options?

if you want to look at houses, you don't go to the agent pages directly, you click on "go see this home" on the appropriate listing, and then redfin contacts you to set things up.

Redfin's Field Agents schedule and conduct the home tours.  This is the best way to tour the homes you are interested in seeing: From our website in the upper right hand corner of a listing, you will see a link that says "Tour This Home". That will take you to a page that will ask you a few questions and then our Field Agent team will contact you.

We conduct tours daily, from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. During the tour, we can see about 6 homes with the final number depending on their relative location, and the time you need to spend in each and traffic.

Here is a great link that explains the process:

Hi JOYTI:

:smileytongue:

Thank you for the answer. I just sent in the tour request for the Pasadena house. Please call me per my comments. I would prefer to just submit our loan letter with our written offer!

Kudos!
